The last few days have been rough. Weather affects my Fibromyalgia, specifically extreme changes in weather. We've gone from 30 degrees, to 60, back to a severe snowstorm watch in less than a week. No wonder I can't get out of bed.
At least the weather was beautiful for my granddaughter's 9th birthday.
