I will be 62 tomorrow. I will be forced into regular retirement, from disabled retirement, in 11 months. I've been battling Fibromyalgia since 1992. I have put my foot down, albeit gently, and decided that I've got to take back my health ... it's now or never. I've done it before, yes I was younger and didn't have as many comorbid conditions, but I can't let age and mounting health issues crush me.

First thing I have to do is determine "What does taking back my health" mean to me?

I'll be examining this question in future posts.
