Say What? Better Yet, Say Nothing At All

Every time I hear an NDA (not diagnosed with anything) say something stupid or inconsiderate, I just want to scream, wave my arms (if they didn't hurt so much) and bestow upon them my Fibro at it's worst symptom level ever. But until the day comes that I can give my Fibromyalgia away, all I will think to myself is ... sit down and shut up.
