Persisting Through Pain

After two weeks of rigorous physical therapy, I'm here to share an update on my journey. Despite diligently following the prescribed stretching exercises, working with hand weights, and engaging in upper and lower body resistance exercises, my pain levels persist stubbornly high. It's been a tough road, but I'm pressing on. Lauren, my dedicated physical therapist, has made adjustments to my routine, advising me to swap my cane for a walker. It's a humbling step, but one I'm willing to take in pursuit of relief.

Though the path ahead may seem daunting, I remain hopeful that with perseverance and guidance, brighter days lie ahead.

Next week is my epidural, talk to you then.
