I'd step outside my comfort zone if my feet didn't hurt so much!

Writer: Fibro DivaFibro Diva

It has been 3 months since I messed up my Achilles tendon. I've been wearing the boot to no relief. Then I woke up this morning to not one leg in burning, crushing pain, but both legs.

I got an MRI of the left ankle on Tuesday and I return to the podiatrist on Friday.

I got a mani/pedi 2 weeks ago, the technician was great. She wrapped my legs in hot towels and then massaged both legs and feet. She was extra careful with the left leg and ankle, and it actually helped with the pain. So much so that I was able to Wobble Wobble, with a boot on, at my god-daughter's wedding. One dance was enough though.

I will be asking the doctor for physical therapy that includes massage of both legs and feet. Now I'm off wobbling to the kitchen to boil some water for towels.

Oh, what's the Wobble Baby dance you ask ... Cowboy Calvin demonstrates (no I'm not in it). I'll be honest, I couldn't do that little hop before I injured my foot but I can wobble baby, wobble baby - pain or no pain.
