After the fiasco with ATI, I decided to try Athletico. The Munster crew at Athletico made sure they got the approval for pt before I started. I’ve been using my walker because it is excruciating to walk. Somehow, just knowing that I will be receiving services at a facility that understands the proper protocol for dealing with BCBS has helped to ease some of pain. At least I know that all my appointments will be honored at 100% coverage because Athletico submitted the data as requested and within the proper time frame, unlike ATI.
